Mbotho Family Gathering, 14 July 2012, Ngqeleni

The next family gathering will be held on the 14th July 2012 at Ngqeleni in the Eastern Cape. This is where the Mbotho Family Trust document will be discussed and finalised. All members of the Mbotho Clan are encouraged to attend this gathering to make sure that it is a success. For more information you can have a look at the minutes of the two previous gatherings in Zimbane, Umtata and Harding, KZN .   The organisers are encouraged to design t-shirts for this gathering as it was done for the gathering in Harding, KZN. The current Mbotho emblem can be used to make these t-shirts

Minutes of the 2nd Annual Family Gathering Meeting Held on the 1st October 2011 at KwaMbotho in Harding, KwaZulu Natal at 10h30. 1. Opening The meeting was opened at 10h30 by the Master of Ceremonies Mr SH Xaso. 2. Opening Prayer The MC handed over to Mr Mzamo for the opening prayer. He spoke about the importance of building especially as we were embarking on a building journey as a family. He spoke about the importance of coming together as one for the success of our nation. 3. Welcome All the guests in the hall were welcomed and were told to relax and feel at home. 4. Apologies Apologies were tendered for the Chief by Tat’ uMshikilana. He stated that the chief was tied up in a Contralesa meeting called by the Government and could not get away to come to the gathering. 5. Representatives It was requested that the representatives for the Mbotho families in the hall each come up to introduce themselves so as to have a clear record of the people who attended
